Job Description
Charleston, SC Tour Pilot primarily covering Charleston harbor and surrounding beaches. The position is for a motivated pilot capable of self management.
Tours require a brief narration of history, sights and marine life. Flights also include wildlife surveys, ball drops, photo shoots, possible instruction and maintenance if A&P.
Such talents as required to create an enjoyable experience for the public are a necessity.
Flights depart from KJZI and will be performed with the precision and safety expected from a commercial pilot.
Pilots should expect to earn at least 50K / year including tips.
Advancement with managerial skills.
Work schedule will be discussed individually.
Job Requirements
FAA Commercial Rotor certificate
Class II med
Participate in FAA Drug and alcohol program
No previous failed drug tests or incidents
200 hrs Robinson, 50 hrs R44.
Preferred :
RHC safety course
CFI
Under 200 lbs
Adept at both managing social media and working with the public
300 hrs, A&P, CFII , light weight.
