Passion for flight training
Prior work history in a leadership position conducting pilot training and checking with a background in aviation regulatory compliance and flight operations management.
A goal-driven professional that sees their contributions to the organization are a direct correlation to the success of the entire Team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide high-quality, professional flight instruction in helicopters and airplanes.
Monitor student progression and work closely with Operations to ensure timely completion of internal and external training schedules.
Provide checking functions for helicopter and airplane Part 141 and helicopter Part 135 operations.
Provide airplane and helicopter flight training and commercial pilot services in helicopter charters and tours.
Maintain the Company’s commitment to customer satisfaction excellence.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Strong knowledge of regulations related to international and domestic flight training, to include 14 CFR Parts 61 & 141.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
MS Word (intermediate or better), Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
