Under the supervision of the Chief Pilot or Division Commander, the pilot is responsible for operating a multi engine helicopter (Bell 429) in complex airspace, various weather conditions, day, or night utilizing night vision goggles to support public safety helicopter missions. Primary duties include aerial surveillance, assisting in crime prevention and detection, conducting medevac operations, and performing other law enforcement related tasks. Additional earnings and flight stipends beyond base salary.
