  • Pilots on 4&3 and 5&2 (non-standard) schedules shall be paid the above base salaries plus the following percentages of base pay:
    * 4&3 = 25%
    * 5&2 = 45%

  • Check Airman: $750/month
    Field Check Airman: $400/month
    Pilot Mechanic: $500/month
    Lead Pilot: $300/month
    Line Training Captain: $200/month
    IFR/SIC Pilots: $225/month added to VFR PIC pay scale

    IFR/SIC HG: $100/month added to above SIC supplement, this currently applies to AW139 and S-92 SIC’s

    IFR/ PIC HG: $400/month added to the IFR PIC pay scale for AW139 and S-92 PIC’s

    Test Pilots: $500/month

    ATP Bonus: $100/month

    Night crews: $300/month

    Night Flight Bonus: $45/flight hour

    Flying Hour bonus:$10/flight hour for all hours in excess of 30 flight hours per month

  • Offshore Bonus: $100/night
    Sling Bonus: $50/flight hour
    Night Flight Bonus: $35/flight hour

  • 401(k): Company contributes amount equal to 3% of gross earnings. Company also matches 100% of employee contribution up to 3% of gross earnings.

  • Pilots who are required to travel to a base location other than his normally or originally assigned base, will be eligible for a $30.00 ($10.00 per meal) per diem for meals, if cooking facility is available. The rate is $45 if no cooking facility is available. Reimbursement for mileage.

  • Work Over Pay: 1.5 x daily base rate of pay, including recurrent training done off hitch.

  • Non-Management Employee incentive Plan (NMEIP) bonus based on profitability of the company.

  • New Hire Schedule: 14/14 or 7/7

  • Bids are granted based on seniority. Until a pilot is capable of holding a bid line, that pilot will be assigned to the pilot "Pool". While in the pool, pilot assignments are based on the Company's operational needs. Therefore, a pool pilot can be assigned to any of our field bases. While in the pool a pilots report for duty day may fluctuate as well.

  • 3 Day rule, pilots may be removed from their bid job for up to 3 days but will receive $100/day for each day they are removed.

  • 14 hour duty day with flight time limits for single engine at 8 hours, and dual engine at 10 hours.
