Job Description
NOTE: Job Start Date immediately and no later than 04/06/2017!
Heli Aviation is currently seeking to immediately hire a qualified 133 and 135 Chief Pilot. This position requires that the Chief Pilot actively fly's contracts for 133 and 135 operations, while also maintaining and preparing any certificate and/or company related paperwork, as well as contract acquisition. Furthermore, Chief Pilot will be expected to provide flight instruction to entry level and advanced students.
Pilots whom meet certification and hourly requirements to fulfill this position, but lack in paperwork proficiency and experience, can be trained to fulfill these tasks (must show willingness to learn and possess self thinking capabilities). Workload will consist of approximately 50% active flying, and 50% paperwork duties. Bonus opportunities are available for successful contract flights performed.

Job Requirements
    Current FAA Commercial Rotorcraft Certificate
    Current FAA Instrument Rotorcraft Rating
    Current FAA Instrument- rated Flight Instructor Certificate
    Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate (or higher)
    SFAR CFI Endorsement for R22 and R44
    135 and 133 Experience as required by 14 CFR 119.71

    1,500 hours total time on helicopter
    200 hours on Robinson aircraft
    100 hours instruction given, of which are
         i.) 50 hrs dual given for IFR training
         ii.) 50 hours in Robinson R44 Series
         iii.) 100 hours in Robinson R22 Series
    250 hours turbine experience
    100 hours in Bell 206L Series
    50 hours 133 experience "external-load"
    100 hours flight time in the last 12 months

    Legal resident (work visa, Greencard, etc.) or U.S. citizen.
    Bilingual in German & English is extremely valued.
    Professional appearance is mandatory for this position.
    Superior customer service, and communication skills are expected.
    Job requires flexibility with work/personal schedule.
    Must relocate or live in local area.
