TEMSCO Helicopters Inc is accepting resumes for FAA licensed airframe and powerplant mechanics. The position is at TEMSCO’s Juneau Alaska facility that maintains Eurocopter AS350 Astars. Minimum qualifications require:
· Current FAA A&P license
· Not less than _2_ years’ work experience on AS350 aircraft to include BA B2 and B3 models.
· Have own tools (required) and a PC laptop is preferred but not required.
· Provide the names of two (2) employers for whom applicant has worked within the last three years.
· Must be able to climb up onto the aircraft for inspections and other maintenance tasks as well as be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
Initial work assignment during probationary period will be performing 100 hour and 24 month inspections as well as other required tasks to maintain the airworthiness of our fleet. Upon the successful completion of a 90 day probationary period this position will be a full time position, with benefits.
We are primarily a “tour sightseeing operator” with tour operations in Juneau and Skagway, Alaska. TEMSCO also maintains a fleet of utility contracts during the summer months at remote sites throughout Alaska. Applicant can be assigned during the summer season (May-Sept) to operations in Juneau, Skagway or remote locations throughout Alaska.
