Bachelor's Degree. A minimum of four years of responsible experience in aircraft preventive maintenance or helicopter repair activities, to include supervisory experience are required. Additional related work experience in aircraft maintenance or helicopter repair may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis. FAA Airframe and Powerplant License (A&P) and FAA inspection Authorization endorsement on A&P Certification are required.
Experience in FAA 145 certified repair station or equivalent is preferred. Experience in the capacity of returning aircrafts to service is highly desired.
